South Birmingham Community Radio have very kindly offered to help and promote our Market when practical. John McQuaid, from the radio station, which has recently relocated to Kings Heath, will be at the July Market, handing out promotional literature and providing a much needed 'amplified voice for the market, Kings Norton Tennis Club, The Historical Society and St Pauls School activities.
Watch out though - as well as providing music for the market he will be on the look out for visitors as well as stall holders who are prepared to be interviewed for broadcast at a later transmission.
Come along and enjoy the atmosphere, its sure to be great in the July sunshine!
At the next market in July, the Tennis Club will be making an appearance, and practicing their skills in the sunshine on the Green. They will be playing tennis as best as they can, in the centre of the Green. Come along and give it a go...... who know's you may be the next Bjon Borg.
Its the annual Summer Fair at the primary school, on the 6th July. All the stalls and games are themed with a Hawaiian style. Bound to be fun.... come along and enjoy the fun. Straight after school, from 3.30pm onwards, in the playground.
